Objective:
The project assumed the design and construction of a new series of complete electric drive systems with power from 100 kW to 500 kW. Such a system consists of a dedicated power supply (inverter or inverters) and a traction electric motor.
The drive design was optimised for use in buses and lorries. The proposed drive systems can also be used for trams and trolleybuses.
The key innovation of the solution is the optimal lightweight design of an efficient electric drive with high efficiency.
In the project, research was carried out, focusing on the design and development of construction documentation of the entire system and its components, making prototypes, conducting detailed laboratory tests.
The final stage of the project was the development of construction documentation of pre-implementation drive systems.
