Participation of Radosław Swadźba, PhD, DSc, as an Invited Speaker at the Reactive Sputter Deposition 2025 Conference.
The Reactive Sputter Deposition 2025 conference was held at Manchester Metropolitan University, providing a platform for knowledge exchange among scientists and industry professionals working in thin film deposition.
The conference featured presentations of the latest research, lectures by invited speakers, a poster session, and an industrial exhibition. Topics included, among others, new technologies in reactive sputtering, coatings for extreme conditions, process control, modeling, plasma diagnostics, and the growth and characterization of thin films.
Among the invited speakers was Radosław Swadźba, PhD, DSc, from Łukasiewicz – Upper Silesian Institute of Technology, who delivered an invited talk entitled: “High-Temperature Coatings for TiAl and Ni-Based Superalloys Using CHC-PVD”. His talk focused on high-temperature coatings for TiAl alloys and Ni-based superalloys, their properties, and industrial applications. The participation of Radosław Swadźba, PhD, DSc, made it possible to present the results of research conducted within national and international projects to both the scientific and industrial communities.
