Objective:

The main objective of the project, of practical importance, was to extend the safe and efficient operation of power boilers well above the designed operating time by developing and implementing testing methods and procedures for critical components of boilers, allowing for the assessment of the existing state, and proposing material and technological modernisation activities/solutions. The project included tests of 13HMF, 10H2M and 15HM steels and their welded joints.
