The 22nd International Conference on Analytical Chemistry (not only) in Metallurgy and Industry has come to an end \u2013 three days of intensive exchange of knowledge, inspiration, and experience, once again demonstrating that the strength of this event lies in the combination of science, industry, and people who are actively shaping the future of modern analytics. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Five months of preparation, dozens of organizational meetings, hundreds of decisions, and countless hours dedicated to every detail. And finally, the moment arrived \u2013 three days of the 22nd International Conference on Analytical Chemistry (not only) in Metallurgy and Industry. <\/p>

This year\u2019s edition gathered approximately 70 participants representing the academic community, research laboratories, and various industrial sectors.<\/strong> The intimate format of the event fostered direct discussions, exchange of experience, and relationship-building, often leading to new projects and long-term cooperation. <\/p>

The conference program featured expert lectures, presentations of research results, and discussions on the challenges and future directions of industrial analytics.<\/strong> It provided an excellent opportunity to explore the latest technological solutions, exchange perspectives, and look at everyday challenges from a new point of view.<\/p>

However, what makes this event truly unique is not only its scientific and professional value. For years, the conference has created a space where professionalism is combined with openness and friendliness. Shared meals, evening gatherings, conversations continued outside the lecture rooms, music, singing, and moments of integration make participants return not only for knowledge, but also for an atmosphere that is difficult to find at large commercial industry events. An additional advantage is the location, which allows participants to briefly step away from everyday duties. The International Conference on Analytical Chemistry (not only) in Metallurgy and Industry has once again confirmed that people are its greatest value \u2013 their knowledge, experience, commitment, and willingness to share them with others. Thanks to them, the event continues to enjoy recognition among participants and strengthens its position within the industrial analytics community year after year. The program included expert lectures, research presentations, thematic sessions, and numerous discussions on the challenges and perspectives of industrial analytics. A particularly high level of interest was shown in the \u201cLectures in a Comfortable Atmosphere\u201d panel<\/strong>, which created a space for open exchange of experience among participants. <\/p>

A special highlight of this year\u2019s conference was the meeting with the guest of honor \u2013 Krzysztof Wielicki<\/strong>, an outstanding high-altitude climber and one of the world\u2019s most renowned mountaineers, a member of the \u201cSeven Summits\u201d and \u201cEight-thousanders\u201d elite. His inspiring lecture \u201cA Good Team is Success,\u201d<\/strong> dedicated to cooperation, trust, passion, determination, responsibility, and decision-making in extreme conditions, attracted great interest and became one of the most memorable parts of the program. The high level of engagement was best demonstrated by the long queue of participants seeking autographs and commemorative photos after the lecture. Krzysztof Wielicki himself often emphasizes how much he values direct contact with people. Participants were able to experience this personally \u2013 his openness, warmth, and authenticity gave the meeting not only an inspiring but also a deeply personal dimension. Conversations, photos, and exchanges of experiences continued long after the lecture ended, creating an atmosphere that will remain in participants\u2019 memories for a long time. <\/p>

Workshops focused on interpersonal skills and professional well-being<\/strong> also attracted significant interest. The session \u201cTake Care of Your Mind, Master Relationships,\u201d led by Sylwia Borowik<\/strong>, addressed topics such as preventing burnout, building psychological resilience, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. <\/p>

Another well-received workshop, \u201cHow to Make Things Better: An Empirical Workshop on Customer Relationships,\u201d conducted by Tadeusz Gorewoda<\/strong>, focused on practical aspects of building long-term relationships, effective communication, and better understanding client needs.<\/p>

Both sessions demonstrated that modern professional success depends not only on technical expertise but also on interpersonal skills, communication, and mental well-being.<\/p>

A new element was introduced to the program \u2013 instrumental workshops<\/strong> \u2013 which attracted significant interest among participants and served as a practical complement to the lecture part of the conference. Participants had the opportunity to become familiar with modern analytical solutions and their practical applications in laboratory work by taking part in the following workshop sessions: <\/p>
