Employees of the Centre Electrical Drives and Machines at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT<\/strong> participated in the event \u201cSchool Vocational Internship Week<\/strong>\u201d, organized at the \u015al\u0105skie Techniczne Zak\u0142ady Naukowe<\/strong>. The initiative was an excellent opportunity to meet with young people and present the specifics of working in a research institute that daily combines science, innovation, and the real needs of industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The meetings were attended by students from the third and fourth grades of the five-year technical secondary school, as well as students completing their education this year. The young participants had the chance to speak directly with \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT scientists and specialists, learn about their professional experiences, and explore the career paths offered by working in a modern research institute.<\/strong><\/p>

During the event, a wide range of important topics related to career planning were discussed. Special attention was given to opportunities for undertaking vocational internships at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT<\/strong>, which allow students to gain knowledge and skills beyond the standard curriculum. The discussions highlighted the importance of specializations such as electrician, mechanic, electromechanic, or coil winder\u2013 a rare and highly sought-after profession. IAn essential part of the meetings was also the topic of combining professional work with further education. \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT<\/strong> representatives explained the possibilities for upskilling, acquiring new competencies, and pursuing scientific development while employed. They stressed that the institute creates conditions for continuous learning and actively supports employees in developing their potential. <\/p>

The events also showcased work driven by passion. Our scientists and engineers shared their experiences, demonstrating that the projects they carry out are not only professional responsibilities but also a source of satisfaction and motivation. One of the most inspiring moments of the event was the presentation by Emil Kr\u00f3l<\/strong>, who introduced participants to the behind-the-scenes of testing drives and engines. He had the privilege of being the first to test his own constructions, including a drive for a quad<\/strong> and a power unit for a paraglider<\/strong>. <\/p>

Students also learned about the wide scope of activities at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT and the specific nature of work that distinguishes the institute from other companies and organizations.
