in Poland\u2019s scientific calendar, focusing on challenges and innovations in electric drive technologies. The conference gathered around 100 participants \u2013 scientists, engineers, and industry representatives \u2013 who, over three days, exchanged experiences, presented cutting-edge technological solutions, and engaged in substantive discussions. The conference once again demonstrated that combining science with practical experience in an open and collaborative atmosphere fosters the development of the sector and the creation of innovative
