Institute for Frontier Materials on Earth and in Space hosted the fourth review meeting of the international <strong>HANACOAT project<\/strong>, funded by NCN and materials innovation, with the primary goal of developing MAX phase coatings using advanced physical vapor deposition (#PVD) technologies.<\/strong> These coatings are designed to provide excellent corrosion protection in high-temperature environments, such as aircraft engines, where performance and reliability are critical.<\/p><p><strong>\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 GIT was represented at the meeting by Rados\u0142aw Swad\u017aba, PhD, DSc <\/strong>, who exchanged experiences with project partners and discussed future research directions.
