Revolution and increasing market demand for advanced steels are driving research towards the transformation of manufacturing processes and the development of more sustainable steel compositions.<\/strong> The conventional trial-and-error approach traditionally used in the development of metallurgical processes still prevails in industrial steel plants. However, it remains a time-consuming and labour-intensive practice that generates significant material waste and associated carbon emissions. <\/p><p>Moreover, this approach can often lead to repetitive cycles of process design, production implementation, and late detection of design flaws, which in turn result in high component rejection rates.
